Description

We are looking for a Cyber Security Lead Engineer to help establish and scale a new Security Engineering team based in India, providing operational ownership and continuous improvement of FNZ’s core cyber security platforms.

This role is hands-on and leadership-oriented, combining deep technical expertise , team leadership , and operational accountability across multiple security engineering domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring security platforms are reliable, well-tuned, and able to support FNZ’s global technology estate.

The role reports functionally to the Head of Cyber Platform Engineering and locally to an India-based manager for day-to-day people and operational support. You will work closely with security engineering and operations teams across the UK, US, and APAC.
