Position Overview
At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.
+ Provide customer support for PDK enablement, following established flows and guidelines.
+ Work closely with customers to analyze and resolve technical issues, and relay customer feedback to product engineers and R&D teams.
+ Support customer training activities on Virtuoso and PDK features, including usage guidance and best practices.
+ Assist in communication and coordination between customers and product engineering / R&D teams to ensure issues are tracked and addressed effectively.
+ Support foundry‑related engagements as needed, under guidance from senior engineers or project owners.
+ Bachelor’s degree(EE/CS) with 4+ years of work experience or MS w/ 3+ in IC design house or foundry
