**Position Description:**

Assigns and supervises the work of custodians and performs custodial duties involving the cleaning and care of buildings. Supervises a small group of custodians.

**Major/Essential Functions:**

+ Ability to effectively supervise a small/large group of custodians.
+ Promote teamwork, communicate effectively, assists with surveys and inventories, trains new employees, and reports unsafe conditions to prevent accidents.
+ Light Duty Specialist: Empties trash, dusts surfaces, spot cleans various fixtures, and weekly detail cleans assigned areas, including white boards and glass.
+ Vacuum Specialist: Checks wastebaskets in offices to make sure trash is empty. Detail vacuums all high traffic areas weekly, Spot vacuums all other areas. Vacuuming in...
