Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised, data-driven and commercially minded Lead CRM & Email Coordinator to join a fast-paced, dynamic CRM team.
This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of CRM campaign delivery, helping shape how the brand connects with its customers. You’ll drive engagement, acquisition and retention through targeted, insight-led campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail — creating meaningful touchpoints throughout the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns, including BAU activity, lifecycle journeys and strategic initiatives
* Coordinate campaign execution end-to-end, from briefing and timelines through to approvals and deployment
* Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to optimise future activity
