The purpose of this role is to support the AGC in advising and supporting a wide range of legal matters across the global ICE Data Services business units, with a special emphasis on commercial data licensing transactions and strategic agreements.
This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for executing on a variety of work including review and negotiation of complex commercial licensing and strategic contractual arrangements. These include data and software licenses, service agreements, market data licenses, financial product licenses, redistribution arrangements, and data vendor contracts; creation of form templates; working closely with the business to determine efficient and consistent contracting processes; and providing some legal support to Marketing, Finance, HR and product development departments.
