team member plays a versatile role at Lakeside Inn, primarily focused on cooking during peak periods and cooking and serving during slow periods. While this position is not a bar role, team members may occasionally be required to serve simple drinks, beer, or basic alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with Smart Serve regulations. Flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to transition smoothly between kitchen and front-of-house duties are essential.

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

Ensure all food items are handled, prepared, and stored safely in compliance with food safety regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sanitizing surfaces, washing dishes, and managing waste.
