The Lead Cook oversees grill operations, monitors food production and sales trends, and adjusts preparation levels as business volumes dictate to meet demand while maintaining freshness and quality. + Support training of team members in Aztec Grill operations and safety standards.

+ Provide courteous and professional customer service.

+ Prepare and serve food according to recipes and brand standards.
