Lead Conveyor Engineer – Bulk Material Handling


An industry leader in bulk material handling systems is seeking a Lead Conveyor Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to oversee the design and execution of complex conveyor projects from concept to commissioning. This is a high-visibility leadership role working closely with senior engineering and project management teams to drive technical accuracy, on-time delivery, and coordination across internal and external resources.



Key Responsibilities

Lead conveyor system design using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Belt Analyst

Develop general arrangement drawings, chute/tower layouts, and foundation interfaces

Define power requirements and specify mechanical components

Coordinate efforts across mechanical, structural, electrical, and vendor teams

Manage third-party engineering partners and detailing support
