The Lead Control Engineer is to drive the design, development, validation, and deployment of control systems for utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role leads controls delivery across the full project lifecycle—from concept through commissioning—ensuring high-quality, compliant, and on-time execution.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ As part of controls team responsible for project deliverables, controls software validation, project specific software creation, FAT, SAT, HIL, commissioning support for Solar & Battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.
+ Support on-site startup and integration of various systems to our hardware and software.
+ Track overall status of controls deliverables and complete on time with quality for the assigned projects to meet goals of the control team.
