Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Lead, Continuous Improvement. This is a full time on-site position based at our Euclid, OH manufacturing facility.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Drive the CI vision at the plant level and inspire others to connect with the vision by driving a lean culture and implementing lean tools and processes, including gap analysis to current state and strategic planning.
+ Lead Lean Internal Audits. Develop implementation plans with Business Team and Operational Leaders post audit (Tactical Plans).
