Overview

Infosys is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno Functional Lead to implement and support Benefits & Core HR modules for Canadian public sector clients. You'll need to have expert knowledge on Core HR and Benefits Management process and its touchpoints with Payroll, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically on Core HR & Benefits Modules for Canadian clients.
• Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance Testing, Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR), and support hyper care.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
