Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities for process and utility systems at the onshore yard or fabrication site prior to offshore installation
Develop system‑wise and subsystem‑wise commissioning execution plans for process and utility systems.
Prepare commissioning procedures, method statements, and checklists in line with project specifications and international standards
Review P&IDs, PFDs, cause & effect matrices, control narratives, and vendor documentation to define commissioning scope
Lead and supervise execution of pre‑commissioning activities: flushing, cleaning, leak testing, drying, calibration, functional checks, and loop testing
