About the Person

The successful colleague will have experience gained from a design environment, with proven ability to design and develop forward thinking and innovative design proposals. You will have experience as a CMF (Colours, Materials and Finishes) automotive designer with examples of design production or conceptual projects that have been undertaken and/or managed. You will have a degree in design or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated Skills:

Skill to design and develop forward thinking and innovative design proposals within an automotive environment Ability to solve complex problems and provide creative solutions Ability to communicate and present design proposals and ideas across the company in different forums An understanding of feasibility and production methodology along with 2 D and 3 D IT skills such as Photoshop and 3 D CAD software skills are essential An understanding of financial budgeting About the Role
