# About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. **Educated to degree level in a health, life sciences or related discipline**, with substantial applied knowledge of clinical research governance, including ICH‑GCP, ethics, R&D governance and the Human Tissue Act.
2. **Experience working as a Senior Study Coordinator (or equivalent)** within oncology or a closely related clinical research environment, with demonstrable line‑management and staff development responsibilities.
3. **Extensive experience in leading complex clinical research portfolios**, including multi‑site or multi‑arm studies, with proven ability to independently manage trial setup, regulatory submissions and ongoing operational delivery.
4. **Advanced knowledge of trial protocols and ability to communicate protocol requirements effectively** to multidisciplinary teams, patients, and external collaborators.
