JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Clerk (LC) is an essential point of contact for Mountain View Co-op (MVC) customers and supports daily store operations. This position is primarily scheduled for night shifts and provides guidance to team members during assigned shifts. The LC performs key holder duties, including closing procedures and securing the facility, as scheduled.

The LC must maintain a positive and cooperative attitude that promotes teamwork, integrity, honesty, and helpfulness. Leading by example, the LC will represent MVC in a professional and respectful manner and uphold MVC’s culture of customer service.

This position does not have formal supervisory authority.

Note: Shift assignments may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.



REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to the Location Manager.
