The chosen candidate will provide high level technical assistance and guidance for multi-site/phase due diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, improvement, and construction of infrastructure projects and systems in the public and private sector.

The ideal chosen candidate is a people‑centric technical leader position that will play a key role in project delivery, staff development, and operational leadership across a diverse civil engineering portfolio in the public and private sector focused on site civil and land development projects.
