To serve seniors in designated cluster, providing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support through outreach & active ageing programmes DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Asst /Divisional Director of Elderly Services, the Lead/Senior Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the Active Ageing Centres. Curate and implement new and innovative programmes that promote active ageing and ageing well in place across the assigned Centres. Network with critical stakeholders and sponsors to enhance community engagement and programme sponsorship for the assigned Centres. Direct and supervise the operations and administrative functions of the centres assigned. Assist and coordinate timely submissions of assigned Centres on: Dashboard Statistics (monthly/quarterly) Accounts Reports Volunteer Management Data Corporate Communications Submissions (i.e., Admin Programmes and Order of Proceedings for events) Human Resource Data (i.e., Updating training attended for P-file, time-off, ...
