**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cabinet Builder to oversee daily operations in a busy custom woodshop environment. This role blends hands‑on cabinet fabrication with leadership responsibilities, including workflow coordination, material selection, equipment oversight, and mentoring team members.
