We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Business Analyst to join our customers Electrified Systems Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic business analysis and lead budget alignment activities while supporting engineering order processes. Your contributions will ensure seamless coordination between Electrified Powertrain Engineering (EPE) teams and North America (FNA).

Location: Dunton area (minimum 2 days per week onsite, Wednesday & Thursday)

• Support GPIRS, ARIBA, and Aurora ordering for EPE, ensuring alignment with FNA EPE budgets.
• Review and align yearly budgets with FNA, agreeing on NSPS/material budgets.
