Always provide the highest quality of service to guests and associates, leading by example. Train, maintain and enforce all service standards. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests. Report unsafe conditions to manager. Ensure department is fully staffed and able to handle volume of business. Understand and teach empowerment principles to ensure guest satisfaction. Listen and provide support to team members, ensuring associate satisfaction and retention. Greet guests as they enter, consistently delivering exceptional service. Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive guest service to restaurant guests, staff and culinary production team.
