About Us
Yutori is an new and upcoming Japanese restaurant for high-quality cuisine, warm hospitality, a curated beverage program featuring sake, Japanese whisky, cocktails, and premium spirits. We are seeking a Lead Bartender to oversee and elevate the cocktail program at our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate has experience in upscale hospitality, strong knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and a proven ability to create original recipes and seasonal menus. This role includes leading bar operations, training staff, developing cocktail offerings, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
