3+ years Corporate Travel domain and VIP customer service experience with GDS Knowledge (Preferred Amadeus)
Willing to work fully time onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and shifting schedule
Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customer (CEO, CFO, COO etc) via phone, chat & email
In-depth travel industry knowledge, including domestic/international reservations and fare rules for North America regions
