Lead Associate 
DMMI Production 1 - GIC Condenser Line 2 Tank Assembly / Furnace (GIC2A), Dept. 333
Core Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
High School diploma or . equivalent. 
Willing to commit to the area for 3 years.
To be selected for a Lead Associate you must go through a selection process, consisting of: (1) Mechanical skill assessment (2) Panel Interview

Selection of eligible candidates for each position will be based on the following selection criteria: Combined score + (1) Same Shift, (2) All Shifts.
Once selected, you will need to complete all foundation course and process skill requirements to be promoted to a Level II Lead Associate.
