Education: A degree in Chemistry, Biological Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field; an MSc or PhD is preferred.
Specialized Formulation Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in the skincare industry, with proven mastery in skin and sun care formulations and hands‑on experience in application testing (e.g., in‑vitro SPF measurements, corneometer, TEWL, etc).
Strategic Project Leadership: A track record of leading NPD, EPD, and Open Innovation projects with a focus on scientific rigor and innovation.
Critical Thinking & Connectivity: The ability to apply strong analytical skills to connect complex technical insights across various technologies and market applications.
Collaborative Influence: Experience working effectively within cross‑functional, regional/global teams, using strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and meet project milestones.
