**Your Impact**

The Lead Analyst, Digital Category Performance leads and prioritizes the development of compelling insights using reporting tools to drive significant financial and customer improvement opportunities for the online business. The Lead Analyst will develop insights leveraging online reporting to drive sales, traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), inventory, cancels, returns, delivery service level agreements (SLAs) and other digital metrics.
