Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Ambassador to join our team at Red Barn Winery. This role combines hospitality, sales, and leadership in support of our Guest Experience Manager. The Lead Ambassador will act as a team captain and liaison, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating colleagues, and stepping in as a leader when needed.
