Responsibilities

Engineering Ownership

- Own and lead development of our Duolingo-style AI learning platform from architecture to

launch

- Lead a team of ~10 engineers — sprints, code reviews, and engineering standards

- Deliver client projects including voice agents, chatbots, and CRM integrations end-to-end

- Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments

- Drive performance, reliability, and scalability across all products

Requirements

Full Stack Development

- Strong Python — backend APIs, async frameworks, server-side logic

- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript — Node.Js backend and React/Next.Js frontend

- Ability to architect, build, and ship both backend and frontend independently

- Database experience — SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Supabase)
