We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, develop and deliver advanced AI and Generative AI solutions within a large, complex enterprise environment. This role sits at the centre of the AI-driven technology function, shaping engineering strategy, building scalable AI applications and integrating LLM-powered capabilities into systems used by thousands of colleagues every day.

This position is perfect for an engineer who combines deep hands‑on technical expertise with leadership capability. You will guide the development of GenAI applications and ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable and production‑ready.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, platform engineers and senior stakeholders to influence technical direction, support strategic decision‑making and ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality, high‑impact AI solutions.
