Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 15-20 tele callers in their sales
Audit calls of the In-house team and suggest changes in pitch, tonality, communication, etc.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each admission counsellor to govern their performance and suggest improvement.
Prepare calling SOPs, modify existing processes and suggest improvements
Maintaining the admitted students’ database.
