Salary: £38,000 + expenses + bonus

Field based (3 days in store / 2 days from home)

We're recruiting for a Retail L&D Trainer to join a well-established, fast-paced retail business at a key point in its growth and transformation.

This field-based role covers stores across the Northern region, working closely with store and regional leadership teams to support performance, consistency and customer experience across a multi-site environment.
