- Develop and implement annual Learning & Development plan with strategies and programs for HQ level, aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) and collaborate with HODs to identify specific training requirements.
- Manage third-party relationships and contract negotiations with external stakeholders and providers to ensure effective use of resources.
- Source and recommend training vendors. Coordinate with external trainers or vendors for e-learning and trainings.
