Shipment Planning & ConsolidationPlan and coordinate LCL shipments by consolidating cargo from multiple customersOptimize container space utilization while ensuring cargo compatibility and safetyWork with co-loaders, warehouses, and internal teams to build efficient consolidation plansBooking & CoordinationArrange bookings with carriers or co-loaders for LCL shipmentsConfirm sailing schedules, routing, and cut-off timesIdentify and propose alternative schedules when required to meet customer deadlinesDocumentation & System UpdatesCreate and maintain shipment files in the in-house systemPrepare and verify shipping documents including House Bills of Lading (HBL) and manifestsEnsure accuracy and timeliness of all documentationWarehouse & Cargo Handling CoordinationCoordinate cargo receiving at warehouse/CFS (Co...
