He/She manages the Piping MaterialDatabase, keeping it updated and extracting the Material and Work requisitionon specific Project stages
Key Activities &Responsibilities:
He/Shemanages the piping material database; He/Sheverifies the material take offs and identify possible inconsistencies or variationsrespect to the budgets; He/Sheprepares the Material Requisition with the list of material to be procured; He/Sheprepares the Work Requisitions with the list of Mechanical activities to besubcontracted; He/Sheevaluates the possible workfront in term of feasible welding inches for Subcontractors. Personal attributes: Master’sdegree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or similar technical fields.As alternative also High school diploma with work experience in pipingengineering, piping materials industries or Construction contractors isacceptable.
