• Independently drafting objections and managing contentious benefits cases, including coordination with external counsel?
• Advising internal stakeholders across sales, product management, and operations on Swiss insurance law matters?
• Supporting product development - from designing new offerings to maintaining existing ones from a legal perspective?
• Building and maintaining legal know-how across claims teams, acting as a go-to sparring partner for specialists?
