Overview: We are seeking a motivated Lawyer (Singapore-qualified) to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be involved in Litigation matters and supporting on related area.
Job Description: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents. Involve in Litigation related matter including analyzing client issues (commercial disputes, contracts, torts, etc.) and assess legal merits Liaise with clients, including Japanese corporate clients and regional counsel, to ensure clear communication and effective deal management. Work collaboratively with other lawyers within the firm and coordinate with external advisors in multiple jurisdictions. Conduct legal research and prepare client memos, reports, or presentations as required.
