Experienced in preparing, drafting and reviewing business banking and security documentation.Handle property conveyancing matters.Liaise with banks, clients, and relevant authorities.Provide legal advice on transaction structures and compliance matters.Support selected corporate exercises where applicable.
Conveyancing
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.2–5 years experience in business banking documentation and property matters.A Master of Laws (LL.M) is an added advantage.Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor.Corporate exposure is an added advantage.Strong drafting skills and ability to manage files independently.Detail-oriented with good stakeholder management skills.
