Position Overview
- Advise clients on the structuring and set-up of investment funds (PE & VC)
- Support the full lifecycle of funds, from formation to ongoing operations
- Assist with drafting and reviewing fund documentation and agreements
- Contribute to capital raising processes and investor-related documentation
- Provide support on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to investment funds
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex fund-related topics
- Work closely with senior lawyers and directly interact with clients on active matters
- Belgian Master's degree in Law with strong academic results
- A first experience in Corporate and M&A
- Strong interest in investment funds, private equity and venture capital
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team
