About the Legal Team

CarMax seeks a motivated self-starter with strong academic credentials to join its in-house Legal team as a law clerk. CarMax’s Legal team supports the company’s longstanding dedication to providing customers a best-in-class car buying experience. The team helps CarMax navigate extensive regulatory requirements in more than 40 states. The law clerk will be part of the CarMax Operations Legal Advisors team which advises CarMax’s main business operations, including but not limited to, retail motor vehicle sales, wholesale motor vehicle sales, Product teams, vehicle service and repair, marketing, and logistics.
