Position Overview
Supervisory Law Clerk position will be the main point-of-contact for contractor personnel and Government personnel. The Supervisory Law Clerk will perform the work related to their respective labor categories and will assign all contractor taskings. The Supervisory Law Clerk is responsible for managing the time of their subordinate staff (e.g., leave, personal day, administrative absence) and communicating this to the Government POC in subordinate staffs assigned district(s). Additionally, the Supervisory Law Clerk performs all the work set forth in the Law Clerk II positions below.
+ Works with the assigned AUSAs and/or supervisory attorneys, determines applicable administrative statutory and regulatory law, and identifies possible defenses, violations or causes of action.
