Hirebridge seeks a Director, Partner and Alliances (Latin America) to lead their partner strategy, focusing on revenue growth in Mexico and beyond. The role requires managing a team of alliance managers and collaborating closely with regional and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years in alliance sales, significant people management experience, and a proven track record with Big 4 firms. A strong growth mindset and Spanish proficiency are highly preferred.
