This position is responsible primarily for supervision of the late shift to ensure the accurate and successful distribution of BCE products to BCE customers within the stipulated time limits, whilst ensuring high standards are maintained about the implementation of standard operating procedures to limit unnecessary inefficiencies and stock losses. This position is responsible for resolving personnel, organizational and equipment problems during the late shift.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with the general management and supervision of the BCE Late Shift distribution functions.


• Responsible for the physical building and its contents during night work hours.


• Communicate regularly with Warehouse & Warehouse Manager regarding Late Shift Warehouse issues.


• Recommend manpower need based upon work volume.
