As a LATAM Operation Finance Manager, QRO, you will oversee several critical services to the LATAM businesses.You will be in charge of accurate accounting for inventory and valuation.Additionally, you will be a strategic operations partner to guide effectiveness of facility cost structure and inventory.You will report to the Director, Global Costing & Americas Operations Finance, and will work with Latam finance and main operations partners.
**Main Responsibilities**- Direct oversight of Operations Finance for LATAM including Mexico, Central America, Brazil and Colombia.
- Improve productivity of the team through continuous improvement across all activities, including improved use of new tools (CFIN, Anaplan, Power BI).
- Provide strategic analysis and support to operations partners to increase productivity results and balance sheet efficiency.
