Position Overview
What you will do
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with major retailers in Latin America (especially Brazil) to drive in-store and online sales performance.
- Lead retail sell‑in and sell‑through processes, including merchandising, pricing strategy, and marketing activation.
- Identify and onboard new retail or distribution partners, building sustainable long‑term cooperation models.
- Coordinate cross‑functional efforts (supply chain, marketing, product) to ensure efficient retail operations and P&L optimization.
- Execute retail marketing campaigns and monitor ROI across channels.
- Represent the brand in key negotiations and trade events to strengthen visibility and credibility.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
