As a Dynamics Customer Insights Solution Architect , you will lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. You will participate in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, including gathering requirements, defining use cases, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
