Responsible For

• Coordination and facilitation of L'Arche Belfast's Activities Programme, which is based at our Village site.
• Supervision of other facilitators delivering activity sessions.
• Development of potential income-generating activities that are in line with project objectives.

Main Job Purpose

• To work as a lead member of a team responsible for developing a dynamic programme of daytime and evening activities for adults with learning disabilities and other groups.
• To work with the rest of the Village team to develop activities which generate income, helping to maintain project sustainability.
