Key Accountabilities

Terminal Duties

• Crowd Control and Queue management.
• Coordinate Evacuation of terminals as required.
• Where required, first responders to General 1st Aid, Security breaches, etc.
• All facility/service audits completed and any follow-up action required has been implemented.

General Operations and Reception Duties

• Call taking of general enquiries, flight information.
• Fault logging and reporting.
• Dispatching of Maintenance/Trade staff and other services as required.
• Issuing Contractors Permits, keys and access cards.
• Receiving and releasing Lost and Found Property items.
• Enquiries and complaints are handled in a professional manner without escalation.
