The Landscaper III provides skilled landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. Working independently, this role performs complex landscaping tasks, operates commercial-grade equipment safely, and ensures the proper care of plant materials and other landscape elements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively maintain site detail
Lead and perform job duties when the Crew Leader is not on site
Work with the Crew Leader to solve problems and overcome job and schedule challenges
Complete punch list items without supervision
Offer solutions to deliver quality results
Cut turf using various-sized power mowers, trimming, and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer, and operating a gas-powered blower
