Description

The Landscape Technician supports routine maintenance across assigned bank locations, focusing on grass, trees, shrubs, and ground cover. In winter months, duties may expand to include light building maintenance, basic carpentry repairs, and cleaning to ensure consistent year-round work.

In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders to complete.

Primary responsibilities include:

+ Work with the landscaping team in daily tasks. Assist as needed for scheduled/unscheduled absences. Help with equipment maintenance and repairs. Assist Landscape Manager and Landscape Tech Lead with coordination of deliveries.

+ Follow proper training and best practices in equipment use, maintenance and daily tasks. Work day-to-day grounds keeping operations of multiple retail banking and main office facilities.
