Mark IV Enterprises is seeking a reliable, skilled Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on detailed landscape care and improvement—not routine lawn mowing. The ideal candidate has experience with pruning, tree trimming, grading, lawn repair, and hardscape installation, along with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform seasonal and corrective pruning of shrubs, ornamental trees, and plantings

+ Conduct tree trimming and small-tree maintenance using proper safety and horticultural practices

+ Complete grading, soil preparation, and drainage-related landscape work

+ Execute lawn repair tasks including topdressing, seeding, and patch restoration
