Train and oversee landscape workers and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures
Perform hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimming.
DUTIES:
Lead by example & performs general garden and grounds maintenance in conjunction with the other employees, i.e.; tree pruning, pruning, weeding, transplanting, fertilizing, pest control, irrigation repair, and all other tasks involved in the daily upkeep of an ornamental garden.
Must ensure that the high standards appropriate for the Mount Washington SRF garden are maintained.
